Pre-launch: Admeliorael Access

A considered front door for private healthcare.

Admeliorael Health is building Access for private hospitals and specialist clinics in Nigeria. Patients can request an appointment or callback online, while staff review and confirm each request. Approved administrative answers help people find the right next step.

Pre-launch. Not yet available to patients.

The proposition

One standard of care, designed for both sides.

Clear support for patients, and a more organised first response for private hospitals and clinics across Nigeria.

For patientsAsk for help with confidence and dignity

Patients can ask an approved administrative question, request an appointment or ask for a callback without first visiting reception. The journey uses clear, respectful language and works on a mobile phone.

A request is not a booking. Staff review it, then send the decision by SMS. Access does not diagnose or make clinical decisions.

For healthcare providersGive every patient a proper first response

The provider receives organised appointment and callback requests in a staff-controlled queue. Departments, response targets and approved information can be configured to fit its operations.

Reception can approve a request or offer another time, while supervisors can see what still needs attention. Clinical decisions remain with qualified healthcare professionals.

The patient pathways

Three defined routes, precisely bounded.

  1. 01

    Request an appointment

Choose a service or department and share a preferred date. Staff review the request, confirm a time or offer an alternative, then notify the patient by SMS.

  2. 02

    Ask for a callback

Leave a contact number and suitable time. The provider sets its own response policy, including whether priority callbacks are available.

  3. 03

    Find approved information

Get answers about services, locations, opening hours and next steps from information approved by the provider. Emergency information follows fixed wording, not AI judgement.

Governance and safety

Clinical responsibility remains with qualified people.

Appointment status, SMS confirmation and emergency information follow fixed rules approved by the healthcare provider. They are not left to a generative model's discretion.

  1. Clause 01Emergency information uses wording approved by the provider.
  2. Clause 02Authorised staff confirm each appointment before it becomes a booking.
  3. Clause 03The provider defines which administrative questions Access may answer.
  4. Clause 04The assistant does not diagnose, triage or exercise clinical judgement.
